HOW IT WORKS:

For each statement below, rate your answer: 1 = Rarely/never 2 = Sometimes 3 = Often 4 = Almost always 5 = My constant reality

1. I feel emotionally exhausted at the end of most days, even when the day was not unusually difficult.

8. I have little energy or desire for things that used to bring me pleasure outside of work.

9. I feel like no one truly understands what I carry — and I have mostly stopped trying to explain it.

10. I feel like I am running on empty — and I do not know how much longer I can keep going at this pace.
